About
About Albuquerque Radon
A radon-only contractor serving the Albuquerque metro. We do not sell HVAC, waterproofing, or home inspections — radon measurement and mitigation is the whole business.
What we believe
A radon system is a piece of engineering, not a product you buy off a shelf. Two houses on the same street can need entirely different designs because of how their slabs were poured and what sits underneath. That is why every job here starts with a measurement and a diagnostic, and ends with a test that proves the system worked.
We also publish more than we have to. The education section exists so a homeowner can read a test report, understand what a contractor is proposing, and ask better questions — whether or not they hire us.
How we work
EPA-based testing protocols
Closed-house conditions, correct device placement, and documented test conditions on every measurement.
Diagnostics before system design
Sub-slab communication is measured at your home before a suction point count or a price is discussed.
Post-mitigation verification testing
Every installation ends with a 48-hour verification test and written pre/post documentation.
Clear explanations, transparent recommendations
You get plain-language answers about your result and your options, including when doing nothing is reasonable.
