They are not an inspection, a measurement, an engineering opinion, or a diagnosis of your property. Radon levels and mitigation requirements are specific to each building and can only be determined by testing and on-site diagnostics.
Estimates and tools
Cost ranges produced by the tools on this site are illustrative planning aids based on typical project variables. They are not quotes, offers, or binding prices. A binding price is provided only in a written proposal after diagnostics.
Service work
Any testing or mitigation work is governed by the separate written agreement signed before that work begins, including its scope, pricing, and any warranty terms. Where those documents and this page differ, the signed agreement controls.
